Objective: This study aimed to isolate and identify the Bacillus subtilis antibacterial compound present in leaves of Garcinia latissima Miq.
 Methods: The extracts were obtained by maceration successively, active extract was fractionated column chromatography. isolation most fraction performed open chromatography preparative thin-layer assay against microdilution method. structure identified nuclear magnetic resonance method.
 Results: from Miq. are methanol extract. fractions G. Leaves methanolic isolated. as Amentoflavone.
 Conclusion: had potential be used medicinal herbs one isolates is amentoflavone (active B. Subtilis).
